Frequent yeast infections?

Do any of you ever get frequent yeast infections? By frequent I mean maybe 3-4 times a year. I seem to develop very mild yeast infections every few months (usually right after a period 😑) and I always just clear it up with Monistat or something but I've always wondered if anyone else experiences this too? Also what do you ladies do to keep the yeast infections away? (Supplements? Yogurt?) Thanks!

It's your diet. Cut out sugar for a little while to purge your intestines. And I mean ALL sugar. Fruit, juice, sugar in your coffee, all that, for at least a week. After a week you can bring fruit back into your diet, everything else just stop. I would also suggest keeping Apple Cider Vinegar around and mixing a table spoon or so with a glass of water and drinking once a day. It will help to rebalance your ph. Maybe even consider purchasing some acidophilus. It's a natural probiotic found in the vitamin section.
