How far along are you? Sounds more like contractions or bh

They are probably bh do they stop if you change positions? If not they are contractions you might not feel the hardening yet because your only 19 weeks. But it sounds like you should call your dr and make sure everything is ok

I don't know what they are but I get them and they are so painful sometimes. I've looked up bh contractions and it says that it feels like mild period cramps with the hardening of the lower abdomen. I have the cramps just not the hardening so I think Im just cramping super bad.
