How do you play with your baby?

I feel like my baby is bored. He's either swinging, playing on his kick n play piano or he has a few rattles and crinkle books..

He loves covering his head with his blankets and when he uncovers his head I say peak a boo!!! And we do that but I mean what else can I do!??

But I feel like he's bored. He plays on his tummy. He plays on his back. I usually have him in his carseat on the kitchen counter to watch me cook meals and hangout but I just feel like it's boring.

What could I buy? Any recommendations?

Tips? Tricks? He will be 4 months in 2 weeks..

I feel like I'm failing. He is a cranky butt. He doesn't laugh yet, not really and he smiles a lot some days and others I swear he's unhappy. I'm always trying to be happy and positive around him. I try hard. I want a happy baby. I want people to look at him and say "wow!! he's such a happy baby!"
