Eye shapes and eyeliner!
I LOVE the winged eye liner look, however my eyes are so small. I look a little Chinese, not a bad thing but I want to wear eyeliner I just don't want to look like I shouldn't wear it because of my eye shape. Like I don't know what I'm doing in other words. What would you suggest?
