Bad poop cramps?

Everytime I have to poop I'll have crazy painful cramps before and during my poops. Anyone else?

Ive learned that if I lean back instead of sitting straight up it helps a lot

Omg i remember this with my 1 pregnancy.. The pain was horribleee 😩😩😩 i cried everytimeee!! Now im 16 weeks pregnant and I did not have them.. Yet...😬. What month did you start having them!?

Yes I get them too. I always freak out to because they almost feel like contractions! Once it passes though they seem to subside!
