How many of you soon to be moms actually drink water its kinda hard for me any advice i no its dumb just something i wanted to no?

Water gives me the freaking WORST heartburn so it's been pretty tough to drink it. I'm trying hard to just do it anyway since my fiancé keeps hammering me about my water intake.

I usually drink water just fine, but at the beginning of this pregnancy water made me nauseous because of the lack of flavor. So in the beginning I would do half lemonade and half water. It really helped. After a week I was able to have more water than lemonade. I'm 21.5 weeks now and drink water just fine. Maybe try that.

I drink about 100oz a day usually. Can't get enough!

The only water I drink is flavored water. I don't like the packet flavoring though

I drink about a gallon a day. Honestly its been like a craving for me. I can't ever seem to get enough once I start to take a sip. Also a gallon of water (juice/soda don't count) is what the doc recommended. Otherwise it may cause you to have low fluid levels.

Minimum 4 bottles usually 6/7 EVERY single day! I didn't with my first 2 and I should have. Your body has extra blood that means you need much more water for better blood flow and consistency especially for all the blood you'll be giving and blood flow to placenta etc.

I drink at least a gallon of water a day. It becomes even more important when you get in your 3rd trimester because you have a lot less amniotic fluid then in previous trimesters. Hopefully you start feeling well enough to drink more water because its importance has everything to do with amniotic fluid levels.

Sometimes I crave cold water, but most times it's hard for me just to get 6 8 oz cups a day...It also aggravates my heartburn at times, too.
