Helix or cartilage :) 
Relatively inexpensive, do require to be looked after pretty well as its a long healing time (cartilage takes longer to heal fully) my first (like the picture) took 3 years as I had problems with it with catching the hoop on brush and my hair, switched to stud and healed much quicker, opposite ear I have industrial piercing (long bar through 2 separate holes) and took about a year :)

helix or just cartilage, and price varies from 30-100$. it depends on where you live and the QUALITY of the jewelry. don't cheap out on piercings!
