I'm 19 weeks today and it's my second pregnancy, I've felt great the last few weeks (not really felt pregnant to be honest, just the flutters that reminded me) well last night I came over feeling very sick and with a bad stomach ache (like when you have a stomach bug) I ended up falling asleep and got a good 6 hours but this morning I have a strong ache in my lower stomach (I can't remember having this with my first pregnancy) I know there's a lot of growing at the minute but didn't think I would get it too bad with it being my second 😏
