Pains

Does anybody else suffer from a pain in your abdominal region? Sometimes it's not there, sometimes it's very subtle, sometimes it's bad and sometimes it is so unbearable. Has anyone else experienced this? And maybe can give me a clue as to what this is. Maybe cysts? TBH I'm putting off the hospital because I'm terribly afraid it is cancer but it's happening more frequently I'm going to make an appointment. Just would like some opinions before hand.
