Need advice please don't judge

So my baby is now 4 days old, she was born at 35w 3d and luckily no nicu stay, however we were in the hospital for almost a week between my induction and them saying it was okay to take her home. But she is a really small baby 5lbs 8 oz and 19 inches long. I need sleeping advice because I honestly have gotten maybe 2 hours of sleep a day since she has been born and not much before that. I'm not complaining she is worth it all and I'm not saying I need more sleep but she won't sleep unless she is being cuddled, or held. I don't want to do sleep because I know the dangers but are there any tricks to get them okay with sleeping without us?! Thank you in advance!!
