So today has been five weeks and five days my last since AF . I've taken one hpt it was negative now I'm spotting . What could it be?

How long ago did you take an hpt? I'd probably take another if you haven't taken one recently. If you have taken a recent test I would see a doctor. Many things can delay a period, but if you're actively trying and you aren't actually pregnant they may have to jump start a period for you. Good luck!!
