Would you go to the ER?

I've been getting bad cramps like period pain almost exactly for about two hours straight now. It got worse then better and now is feeling moderately painful again. Idk what to do. I'm across the country from my OB, so I can't go there. Should I just go to the ER? It hurts really bad I can't focus on anything else. I'm 19, almost 20 weeks

Update: I went and I have a UTI and possible kidney infection, but the baby is perfectly fine so that's good

I've had cramps almost throughout my entire pregnancy. Doctor said its normal. And at this stage likely means I overdid it.

I've read before that if you start having cramps or contractions to drink a big glass of water and lay on your left side for an hour. They should ease up and then if they don't, I would think about seeking help.

My ob said its normal it's just your mussels stretching and making room for baby unless your bleeding I wouldn't go to the er

If your concerned get checked but I'm also 19 and have had the same thing the last few day at 18weeks tomorrow I got told it is ligament pain as the baby is now stretching the abdominal muscles

If it's worse than normal cramps I would def just go to the ER and at least make sure your baby is ok. Good luck
