Three different apps 2 say I am fertile 1 doesnt

Okay so I was late this month on my period and I had believed it was because of the positive pregnancy test I took 😊I was so excited to be having another bundle of joy and 😭😭😭😭😭 then I started my period a few days later. Glow says that I wont ovulate till next week but my other 2 apps say I am fertile now and my ovulation will be in a few days I'm just wondering which one is right. Has anyone else had this issue?
