Emergency Surgery - Lost Tube

After bleeding for days and knowing I was miscarrying, I had my follow up only to see that my HCG numbers were still going up! After an ultrasound revealed blood in my abdomen, I was rushed to emergency surgery, and in there, lost my right Fallopian tube! In complete shock and awe... This was my first pregnancy and now I feel so hopeless! I've been praying, but I don't know what will happen going forward! Has anyone lost a tube and had successful pregnancy? I want 3-4 kids, and just don't know if that's possible!
