Cramping

Should you get checked out if you get alot of cramping in early pregnancy? I get alot but it's not really painful. I'm asking because I saw a girl on here that had an early ultrasound due to mild cramping which is what I have all the time and now I'm thinking I should have got checked out by now? But I've assumed everything is okay cus I have no bleeding and everyone has told me cramps are normal. Should I get checked out or am I fine? Maybe just mention it to my midwife in a few days?
