I am 22 weeks and my back is really starting to bother me. I'll probably start seeing my chiro again to get my hips aligned and help my stupid discs.
Just wondering if starting some abdominal exercises and core strengthening exercises would be ok?
I haven't done any since before I got pregnant. I had zero motivation and was sooo tired! This is my 2nd pregnancy...7 years later and now I'm 28.
