At the beginning of this pregnancy I bled three days while still getting positive hpts. Got a hcg level of 23 Monday after the bleeding at 4 weeks so obviously not a whole lot of hope... But then Wednesday it went up to 40! I was hesitantly excited. The nurse assured me that was good and even though I still had some faint spotting she said I was fine and scheduled the us for the 30th just before 7 weeks. I was still feeling uneasy and requested another blood draw. Took it today and it went down to 22. :( I've had mild cramping and spotting all evening so just waiting for the impending miscarriage... So frustrating! I have to help my grandfather move tomorrow and am worried what kind of state I'll even be in. Retake blood on Sunday to make sure it keeps going down. This is our fourth miscarriage but only second with high enough hcg to really count. Ttc almost 2 years now.
