Is Glow just for TTC ????

I see a lot of posts about unplanned pregnancies  and Partners getting caught cheating.  I thought Glow was just for couples TTC?? Is there other apps out there that I won't run into posts about terminating unplanned pregnancies, cheating spouses or teens wondering how to please their mate?? Some posts are so discouraging, even heartbreaking after trying so long for a baby!
