It looks normal to me just don't shave so often, try once a week and use aloe afterwards

I use a triple blade with soap/moisturizing bars on it. It helps a lot with the bumps and such. And shave with the hairs; not against them. That will help prevent the bleeding. Using conditioner as shave gel will also help :)

Coochy shave lotion is amazing.. Mine use to do the same thing but now it's gone and it's way better my skin is even softer and hair grows back slower you can get it from Adam and Eve it's the only place I know that sells it but I love it it's a little expensive but worth every penny

Shave with the direction of your hair growth. I find that it leaves a little more stubble but WAY less painful. Apply a moisturizer after shaving. Put on some now too to help this heal.

Try nair for bikini area . So much easier . Less work gets all the nooks and little corners

As beauty therapist, I can tell you that shaving cuts only the surface hair if it's pulled taut. So to accurately get it down to the skin level, you need to stretch your skin, down there is known for being quite cushiony for some women.
An epilator might be a good solution for you however it's not painless. It's like an automatic tweezer that does multiple at a time.
There are Also home laser versions however I have no experience with them and it is safer to have someone else do that.

As for the redness that's a mild shaving rash. Applying moisturiser or body cream to your below area immediately after shaving, plus whilst shaving keep it liberated with shower gel, after going over it once with a razor that same but needs relaying in soap again.
