Sick or labor?

I need help here before I go into the hospital. I am 40 weeks today. I got checked and have had a few contractions. I bought a ball to bounce on to move things along and did for 45 to an hour. I also realized halfway through a piece of chicken from Walmart deli that it wasn't cooked all the way. Now I am dizzy a little nauseous and have diarrhea. Is it food poisoning or labor?
