Help?

Well 2 weeks ago i was spotting like really pale pink for 5 days never had that before always had a full peirod? Then after it i got all crampy like it was my peirod coming after a week of spotting but nothing came of it also iv not had a proper period since the start of april ??? Also last night when i was going to sleep my nipples were really sensitive and today my boobs are really heavy and sore ? Any ideas whats going on with me ? X
