I'm 29 weeks... the day b4 yesterday I had a panic attack and cried so hard I had to hold my sides because I was contracting I guess (it hurt really bad) then that same night I went walking around Walmart and had sharp pains in my lower abdomen like stabbing pains and I just haven't felt good since this well last night I went to the bathroom and when I wiped I noticed some of my mucus plug had came out and now I'm getting more discharge when I wasn't really getting any at first... I want some advice like what should I do? I also been having diarrhea (tmi) sorry I'm just worried
