Balls or swollen labia??

I was 13 weeks at the time & found it weird how he already had balls & they look a little long but what do u guys think?

We saw that we where having a boy at 13 wks but it was very obvious and left no doubt. Your pic kinda hard to tell honestly kinda does look like a boy but yeah could just be swollen labia. I'm sorry! I wish I had gotten a pic of when our boy flashed us. We did wait till 19 wks to get another ultrasound to confirm that yup still a boy
