Hey ladies! I believe the exercises I've been doing are called pelvic tilts. You lay on the floor with your knees bent a little and than you lift your lower back up and than push down. they're pretty painful but definitely nothing unbearable! I got an exercise ball today too so we'll see if that helps too :)
