Does VITEX make you ovulate sooner than usual?
Started taking vitex this month and so far so great.. Only thing I'm curious about is I usually ovulate on CD18 and this month my chart is showing I ovulated 2 days earlier on CD16. Is this a good thing? I have had irregular cycles on and off with my norm being 32 days.
I've heard nothing but good things about vitex so I'm just curious as to how or why I ovulated 2 days sooner than usual. Anyone??
