Trying to get infected

So I think my nipple piercing is trying to become infected. Just had a shower and noticed my one nip kind of stung when the bar moved. So I checked it out and it was flaky, scraped the flake out and this greeny yellow ooze came out. Not a whole lot. So.. Sign of it trying to get infected right? My other nip is absolutely fine. I've had troubles with this one and I'm pretty sure its because my boyfriend would put his mouth on it even though I told him not to. I put polysporin on it, any other tips I should do?
