Head lice?

So I've recently encountered head lice. I was wondering if during pregnancy you can use the kit?

Tea tree oil will kill them. I used it in 9th grade when my youngest sister brought love home. I mixed a few drops into shampoo and let it sit. Kept using it for a few days after just to make sure I got them all.

No, I googled it as my son keeps bringing them home from school. Natural products only I think mayonnaise was one you could use, or just repeatedly wet combing.
