So I only work 3 days a week as it is... I'm due September 10 and sept 30 is the end off the fiscal year when I'm needed most. My boss is okay with me taking leave but I'm not okay with someone attempting to do my work and screwing it up. I'm having a repeat c-section. I want to atleast go back to work until the end of September which would mean maybe only a week off work and working during my recovery. I have a desk job and could take the baby with me while I do my work. I am the only one with the training to do my job and I the pride in my work. Any thoughts on me not taking atleast the recovery time off?
