Prenatal vitamin help!
Alright so I've taken prenatals before, the vita fusion ones. I absolutely loved them becaus they didn't make me sick. But I don't think they had the essentials.. Like folic acid it didn't have and I'm not sure if it had iron or not. I'll keep looking but I want one with iron, calcium, and folic acid. Any suggestions? Preferably not the pill kind.. lol
