Please, please help ladies!

I've posted before but here's an update with Saturday's included, all done first morning sample, I'm now 15 days late for AF with no signs of it arriving! Pictures don't really do it justice as the line on Thursday and Saturday is more visible to the naked eye but Friday's has thrown me, do you see anything?! Am I pregnant?! Can't get into the doctors next week but the wait is killing me now!! I just want to know!!
