Am I to young to have a baby?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years 💕💕 we are at a wonderful point in our relationship. We finally had a talk about having a baby! I was so excited, I am 23 and he is 27. Once we started to announce to friends and family we were trying it became a nightmare... Everyone was saying how we aren't ready, and financially it will be a struggle... It has became very discouraging... We both work full time, I am going to school, we are happy and we want to extend our happiness. I am wondering are we actually to young to have a kid???
