Someone give me some answers!!!

So on Saturday morning I woke up and went to the bathroom just like any normal morning goes. Well when I wiped there was blood on the toilet paper and I thought to myself "damn aunt flo isn't suppose to be here for another week" & went out and bought tampons before work. Well I put one in at work and left it in from 930 -3 and when I got home I went to go change it there was no blood on the tampon or anything . So I thought that was very weird. So I waited till today to see if aunt flo was playing tricks on me and nothing again today. Has anyone experienced this? Could this be implantation ? Please help
