Very emotional please help😭😔💔

So my bestfriend will be 14 weeks tomorrow and tonight she experienced bleeding and it's a lot of blood and she has been bleeding for hours....we are all worried and hope our little peanut is okay and me being the godmother I feel bad because I can't be with her at the ER tonight😔😭💔 does anyone know what could possibly be going on other than a miscarriage? Or advice with how to deal if we do get the news the baby doesn't have a heartbeat?
