Concerned

So I have to be put on medicine to get pregnant... I was put on it for my second pregnancy and lost the twins could I have lost them because I didnt have the meds in my system anymore?... with my first I didn't have a period to get pregnant but now I can't seem to at all stay or get that way. I have pcos so a ovulation tracker doesn't work cause it gives off incorrect information. Should I try my pills again or should I still try natural?
