Help with exercise

So I am a swimmer and a newly retired college athlete, and once season was over I took a couple months off of exercise because of injury and honestly I felt burnt out. Anyways, I need to get back into working out regularly and I don't really know how to begin because I have always been used to having a team to depend on and now I have nobody but myself and it's super hard to get myself moving. I need something different other than swimming so I guess I am wondering what do you guys suggest I do? Are there any changes I can make or anything that's worked for you guys? Not just physically but mentally too..  
I am such a wreck right now :( any suggestions are good suggestions!!
