CAR SEAT STRAPS!
This just makes me livid. This mom has done this since her child was a newborn, CHEST CLIPS GO ON THE CHEST. Are parents really this oblivious to their child's safety? The picture of the correct form is clearly on the clip. I understand kids move them down, but where this is you can tell she didn't move it, AND she's always done this. Rant over.
