Help! Quitting smoking
I'm in need of help with smoking. I have cut down ALOT but are still smoking 1-3 cigarettes a day. Usually because of nausa or guilt I only take on or two hits but again I know that it isn't good. The times I have tried I end up having major moodswings and the last time it turned into a bad spout of anger and since then I have given up. I've been told to try the patch but then I read horror stories about it, someone said to go to ecigs but I use to use them and got poisoning from using a bad batch of juice(liquid in ecigs/vapes). This is something that is really really bothering me and I feel horrible about it. Does anyone have any suggestions/ ideas that I could possibly put to good use? Please and thank you very much.
