With my first pregnancy I got to the point of being so uncomfortable & was so ready to have my baby! My doctor recommended sex to speed up labor...he said it releases the hormone oxytocin which helps with contractions! Of course my husband & I took his recommendation & had lots of it! Two days before my due date we did first thing in the morning & sure enough my contractions started immediately after...I had my baby 1 day early! So I'm just curious, What helped you speed up your labor?
