Is my water leaking ?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I've been leaking clear stuff since Sunday morning it's now Monday morning and each time it soaks my underwear .. Could my water be leaking ??

If it is your water leaking, you should get checked asap! If you don't deliver within 24 hours of your water breaking you become at risk for infection. I suggest you call your dr with your concern, there is a super simple test they can do to confirm if it is your water leaking or not

If it's your water it will have a different smell from discharge. Lay down for 30 minutes with a pad on and stand up if it leaks again it's your water. Also if you are soaking through a pad in less then 30 minutes it's your water. You can call the hospital or go in and ask them to test you to see if you are positive for amniotic fluid. For me my water had almost a sweet almond smell and was clear like water when I started leaking. It was small trickles enough to just barely wet my panties or bad but not enough to make me question if it was my water at the time

You start to discharge a lot when you come closer to your due date.
