Acne solutions??

Ive been battling horrible acne/cystic acne since i got pregnant. How to combat it???

I asked around on another app and i found that a lot of people recommended the Simple brand face wash/cleanser, so i bought some yesterday. The ingredients are safe. Also apparently topical clindamycin works and is class B so it should be safe as well

Also dairy products are the worst for cystic acne.

I had the same problem. The beginning of my pregnancy started breaking out and It was getting me so depressed. 
I stopped wearing makeup altogether and drinking more wate, also keeping the face clean and using oil control moisturizer 80% improvement, now they are gone and only get one or 2 if i stress to much. 
Hope it helps, I know how upsetting and frustrating it can be.!

Following. I'm not pregnant (yet hopefully) but I'm almost 30 and still suffer from major breakouts. I've heard tea tree oil is great so I've ordered that. Proactiv has always helped me but I'm not sure if that's something you can use while pregnant.

I have been crushing Tylenol and using a bit of water to make a paste an putting it on my acne.  It gets rid of the pain and some of the redness.  It's not a miracle worker but the best I can do until after baby.

Id love to know! Haven't found anything yet. In my first pregnancy, it eased up second trimester. I think it improves once your hormones start being a bit more balanced. Hoping that'll happen quickly this second time around. My face is horrible :(
