Anemia?

Question

Just got the call that I passed my sugar test but I'm showing to be slightly anemic.. I have not taken my vitamins regularly and she said just to start taking them regularly.. kinda freaked me out when I googled what anemia meant.. anyone else?

Haven't had any issues or symptoms.. 
I have craved red meats from the beginning tho lol I could eat steaks every single day lol

My girlfriend was quite anemic her whole pregnancy - she was borderline to start with. She had to take iron pills daily to get her levels up. Other than that and being tired she didn't feel too many effects from it and now has a lovely 8 month old little girl.

I found out I was slightly aenemic, too. I have taken my prenatals religiously but I also started taking an iron supplement and adding more iron-right foods to my diet. Other than fatigue, I haven't had any problems at almost 27w.
