1year olds schedule
What does your 1 year olds sleeping schedule look like for the day?
We just recently got LO onto a schedule. Bedtime at 830-9PM and she wakes at 630AM for a bottle and right back to sleep. Wakes up for the day at 8:30-9AM. & we are trying for 1 nap a day after lunch about 12:30 and she'll sleep till about 1:30-2pm.
