Never Been Excited About AF before!

We have been TTC for almost a year. I was on birth control for about 4 years. My reproductive system did not like coming off of them. Between Dec 29, 2015 and May 2016 I did not have any AF. It was very discouraging. Early May my OB\GYN prescribed me Metforman to help with kick-starting ovulation. I have been having other unrelated health issues that I have been seeing a different doctor for. Because of those issues my SO and I decided to wait to begin with the Metforman. It was a difficult decision to make. With that being said... I finally had AF May 16th after a 145 day hiatus! It was close to the way AF was before BC, but not quite. I am happy to report after only a 34 day cycle AF came yesterday! And it is like my old AF pre BC! Crampy! Middle of the night bathroom visits! Three pairs of underwear later! And I couldn't be happier! I am beginning to have hope that my 30+ year old body is going to be able to cooperate and bring a baby into this world without any IVF or medicine to prompt it! Getting very hopeful!♥♥♥
