Help me please, i'm scared, condom broke

So the 4 day of my period(which lasts 5 days) i had sex w/ my boyfriend . Than we took a shower and i'm not quite sure if he washed his penis or if he urinated ..than we had sex again but the condom broke .I didnt even notice and he didnt stopped because it was a small hole at the base(where the ring of the condom is) and he taught it was no big deal , he said there was no air inside the condom at all.He didnt came in me .I didnt take the plan B pill because i read it had many side effects...Im really scared that i might be pregnant also im 16 and this wont be good at all...please give me some advice ..what should i do?!!
