How to make Glow Accurate After Nexplanon

I just got the nexplanon implant 6 days ago, near the end of my period. It lasted a little longer, just spotting, so I logged that. Long story short, it is now my "fertile" week but I'm not sure if you even ovulate on nexplanon, and obviously there's way less than 33% chance of me getting pregnant. How do I make glow app more accurate now that I'm on hormonal birth control?
