Blood tinge

I'm 7 weeks 5 days today. This is a bit if TMI, but the only thing I can think of that happened. I had a rather large bm last night and this morning there was just a slight blood tinge in my cm. this afternoon I had another bm and there was a slight blood tinge in my cm. I also feel a bit if cramping around where my left ovary would be. I had a miscarriage three years ago and now I'm getting worried. Should I?
