No Breast Pain?

Question

So I know everyone is different BUT all I've experienced is the SLIGHTEST nipple "pain" and it's kind of random. But that's it? I never experienced breast pain during my periods and I'm on the smaller side so maybe that has something to do with it? I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow and I know I shouldn't beg for pain but I always thought it would be my "now I KNOW I'm pregnant" sign but it's yet to happen! Anyone else not experiencing that symptom...(yet?). I'm curious!

I also have plenty of other symptoms like cramping, fatigue, nausea, and congestion.

None for me either! Not in the slightest. I would give anything for sore boobs & morning sickness right now! I've had slight cramping, fatigue, dizziness & spotting, but nothing else. Of course the spotting freaked me out, but it stopped & my Dr didn't seem too concerned. Going in for ultrasound on Thurs. I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow.

I had breast pain with my first pregnancy but none at all with this one (6wk). Each pregnancy and person is different so while it's a common symptom, its ok if you don't have it too!
