What would you do?

Not pregnancy related, and this may be a trigger topic for some people. So fair warning... (child molestation and rape)

We live in the country and our neighbors are almost all older (next youngest being mid 40's at least but most of them 65+) other than a few that have kids our age or older still living at home.

I am 21 and my husband is 22. But we keep to ourselves. Our neighbors to the right of us have always been nice, but very watchful. Like if we're outside he would walk out to his burn barrel just to creep on us. But whatever. Not the end of the world. However our neighbors grandson moved in with him earlier this year and he is a registered sex offender. He gave my husband the typical "she told me she was 18" when she was only 15. He spent 6 years in prison (hes 26) and was just released before he came to live with his grandparents. I didn't like him from the start because he is extremely rude about women (saying that we're essentially useless and stupid and can't do a man's job) and i didn't believe his story completely. My husband has been nice enough to him just to be neighborly, but hes shown up at our house to ask if he can mow our yard (which my husband told him no) but he continued to weed whip between our houses on OUR property and then mowed right next to our privacy fence after being told repeatedly. So my husband talked to him again. He's shown up to invite my hubby out to the bar (which he doesn't go to bars so he said no again) and just little stuff.

Last night I was talking to my sister about it and she found his actual charges... "sexual conduct with a 7 year old girl and an 11 year old boy. Also convicted of 4th degree rape against a child under 15"

I could have thrown up and everytime I think I about it it makes me sick to my stomach.

I have a daughter on the way and so help me God I'd kill any fucker who touched her. It's not like she would ever be alone with him. But I can't help but worry. My grandmother used to work for "rape crisis" and said it was very likely that the charges were actually plead down from even worse charges so that the children wouldn't have to stand trial and talk about what they went through.

We lock our doors, but my husband does work midnights so I will be home alone at night with her. But we have a gun ready and loaded right next to my bed 3 big dogs (50 pounds, 80 pounds, and 125 pounds) ;)

But the next time he comes to our door we have decided to tell him that he is not welcome on our property and that we will immediately call the cops for trespassing (which he's on probation. So would not be good for him) I just don't know how to do it. We are not rude people and I have trouble being nasty to people. But I am not going to have a sex offender knocking on my door without warning while my daughter sleeps in the next room.
