Should I retest or Call my doctor?

I've been off of birth control for a few months now. The first month my period was off but the next month it came right on time. But now I'm officially 3 weeks and 4 days late. I tested a week ago and it came back negative. But my period still hasn't come yet. I'm starting to get worried. Thank you in advance.
