Pregnancy symptoms or uti?

Okay. Here's the deal. I should have started my period 5 days ago but when I took a pregnancy test it was negative. Yesterday I felt nauseous all day. Today I have noticed I'm cramping like I would have my period but no period. Also I have been peeing a lot with little urine but no burn like a typical uti. I'm usually one with my body but I seriously can not tell right now. I've slept a ton this last week but I just recently been bouncing back and forth with nights and days for work. Should I wait a couple more days and take another pregnancy test or just ride through it?
